Build confidence with a friendly, hands‑on introduction to machine sewing. In this small‑group class, you’ll learn the fundamentals on two different machines (one classic model and one newer model), then complete a small take‑home project by yourself after a step‑by‑step demo. Perfect for true beginners or anyone returning to sewing after a long break. What You’ll Learn： - Using two sewing machines (older + newer model) - How to wind the bobbin and thread the machine - Basic tension/adjustments and troubleshooting - Essential sewing tools and how to use them - Fabric types and how to choose the right one - Straight stitches, basic seams, and safe operation Included： - All materials and tools for class - Use of two machine types (classic + modern) - Instructor demo + guided practice - A small finished project to take home (final project type to be confirmed by the instructor) Who It’s For： - Absolute beginners - Makers who want a refresher on machine basics - No experience required. Cancellation Policy
Please be advised you will receive a refund without processing fees (2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD) 𝗜𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡 𝟮𝟰 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚. If a cancellation is required after the 24 hours window has expired, please contact us but be aware we may not honor the cancellation. *Class fees are 𝗡𝗢𝗡-𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘. We will accommodate up to one reschedule request. Requests for rescheduling can be made up to 𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 before a scheduled class. In some cases we may offer transferring ownership of registration with notice before a class begins. We are very sorry, but the reason for the 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞 𝗨𝗣 is not considered for a refund. However, we do accept transferring the class to someone else. Late Arrival Policy All appointments start and end on time to avoid delays for the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a cancellation. If you arrive within one hour and still wish to attend, a $20 late-start fee will apply. If you are over one hour late, the class will need to be rescheduled, and 50% of the class fee will be charged to reserve a new time. We appreciate your understanding as late arrivals extend staff working hours and affect other sessions. Refund Policy *Class fees are 𝗡𝗢𝗡-𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘. Refunds may consider under the following circumstances: - Personal illness that prevents the student from working with clay or at the studio. A physician’s note may be required as proof. - Instances of extreme, unexpected hardship. Examples include death or serious illness of someone close.
